*Once your pet is registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the time and the date selected. In an unlikely case if the preferred time or date is unavailable, I will contact you to accommodate your pet.

• I reserve the right to change the grooming price if the size of your dog, indicated in your booking request, is different from the size in my chart. You will be notified about the price change before the grooming.
• $5-$25 Additional charges may apply for poorly maintained coat, matted hair and/or require additional attention and care to ensure that the grooming experience is as stress free as possible.
• In the unlikely event of your dog’s behaviour becoming very aggressive
• I reserve the right to stop the grooming process.
• I will not work with Pregnant dogs, 13+ years old dogs or geriatric dogs on heart or pain meds.
